Can I try your dresses on?
Yes! We have a gorgeous studio based at 47 Little Hoddle street Richmond, Melbourne. Please email us at info@fionaclaire.com to make a booking!

How long does the appointment take?
We allow 1 hour for appointments đŸ™‚

What is the lead time if I order a gown?
Our lead time is 3 months from the time of order placement, to receiving your gown.

Can I customise or alter any of your designs?
Yes- this will need to be discussed closely with the team and also any changes to the design will add an extra cost. Please get in touch to discuss further if this is of interest!

Do you make custom dresses?
Due to our collection being in high demand, we do not offer custom designs at this stage.

Brides worldwide can also buy directly online through our website, or direct from our studio in Richmond, Melbourne, Australia.

How much is your shipping cost?
We add a $50 postage and handling fee for orders being shipped within Australia, and $80 for international.

How do I place my order online?
It’s all very easy! Simply make your dress choice and place your order through our website. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm all details and delivery times etc.

If I place an order on a style which is listed as being out of stock and on backorder, how long will it take for me to receive the dress?
Your dress will be with you within 3 months when on backorder, however you can check this ahead of time if you prefer, by emailing our team at info@fionaclaire.com
